10 Minute Craft Dash Take 2

And here is my second card for the Craft Dash Challenge:

Die Cuts: WPlus9

Now I have to let you know that I was able to make this card so fast because when I buy dies I die cut all of the pieces in white and sometimes in colors I know I would use and just put it all in the packaging together so that way if I ever need that die cut I can just pull the already made ones out and use it.  Clever idea, huh?  At least I was proud of myself for thinking to do that hehehe!

10 Minute Craft Dash

Happy Saturday!  I don't usually post on the weekends but when I realized yesterday that the 10 minute craft dash ended today I had to play along, because it is simply one of my favorite challenges and no matter how little time you have to craft you can always manage to squeeze this challenge in!  That's the beauty of a 10 minute craft challenge... you only have 10 minutes! :)  So here is the color scheme and the first card I've made for this challenge:

Papertrey Ink Blog Hop: Tags!

Hello and happy happy Friday!!!  I'm so happy I was able to get crafty yesterday so I could play along with this weeks PTI Blog Hop: Tags!  The challenge was to make 5 Holiday themed tags... now this was a huge stretch for me as I have only one holiday stamp, and I really wanted to only use PTI products for this, but I am happy to say that I can say mission complete.  And here are my creative ways to take non-holiday images and make them work for Holiday tags!

Another fun challenge I added to these for myself was to incorporate vellum into each of them differently.  I used green, red, confetti, shiny and plain vellum to mix things up!

Country Woods...

I am sure many of you have seen the new release that Mama Elephant had last week, and if you were like me you wanted it all... unfortunately my wallet didn't agree, but I did squeeze it enough to be able to purchase the beautiful Winter Wonderland set, and it is all I had hoped for!  When I saw the CASology challenge: Country I knew this set was up for the task, and then when I saw the Inspired By Stamping WHW: Embossed edges I knew the two were meant to be...
