CAS-ual Fridays Sneak Peeks!!!

Hi!  Today I get to share a little sneak at two new sets that will be available very soon in the CAS-ual Friday Store!!! YAY!!!  ( I also have a discount code for you to use, so make sure you find it at the bottom of this post)  Today's sneak peek is of the stamp sets: Mazel Tov and Shalom, and here is what I've created with each...

To create this card I used the large Mazel Tov! sentiment front and center and layered it ontop of various die cuts from patterned paper including the Ornament Tag Fri-die and the Lovely Links Fri-die.

This card is a fun mix of the Shalom stamp set embossed in silver and then layers of blue watercolors cascading down the front of it.

Hello Friend: A MarkerPOP Challenge

Happy Sunday everyone!!!  I am popping in today to share a fun card created for the newest MarkerPOP Challenge!  These challenges happen every other week, include an inspiration photo, and of course a prize, woot woot!!!  Take a look at this weeks challenge photo:

To play along just use at least 3 of the colors found in this photo! Here is what I've created...

I created this card by using the Altenew Be Strong Stamp set, and I was able to create a no line coloring look by first stamping the cacti with Altenew's Dye Ink in Limestone.  I then colored in my images and stamped the sentiment with Altenew's  Pure Graphite Ink.  I die cut the panel using MFT's Blue Print 31, and finished it off with some fun sequins.

Coffee Lovers Blog Hop

Hi!  Today I'm joining the Coffee Lovers Blog Hop and I'm sharing a peek at new Coffee Loving goodies now available at STAMPlorations ( psssttt - I have a code for you to save some $ at the end of this post! yay! ).

First let's take a look at the card I've created for today...

To create this card I started by stamping and heat embossing the Coffee Bags in a Row Border Stamp.  Next I went over the background with various brown watercolors letting each layer dry before adding another.  While it was drying I die cut my sentiment from the Rise & Grind Phrase Die Cut from a foil cardstock.  I layered it all onto my cardbase, and voila!

A Muse Studio Sneak Peek Week Day 1

Clique Kits: Guest Designer

Hello and Happy Saturday!!!  Today I am sharing a final layout created with the Clique Kits March: Play Kit and some of the CK exclusive Cut files...

To create this layout I started with my fun faux watercolored background.  This background was created by spritzing old plastic with spray mist and smoothing it onto my white cardstock.  This was then set off to dry.  Next I uses a gray cardstock and one of the patterned papers from the kit to cut the wreath cut file with my Cricut Explore Air 2, and I layered them together facing different ways.  I used the inside of the cut from side B of the same heart patterned paper to fill in the inside.  I LOVE how this turned out, and it was one of my first time using the Clique Kit Cut Files.  After layering some other patterned paper along the bottom half of my page, I added my cuts and used various embellishments from the kit for dimension and to create interest.

MarkerPOP Challenge: Lucky in Love

Hi!  I hope you are having a nice weekend so far!  This weekend has been a lot of fun as we have been celebrating my youngest's Birthday with her friends at her Gymnastics Training Center.  So I'm popping in early this Sunday morning to share my take on the new MarkerPOP Challenge...

And here is what I've created...

 To create this card I started by stamping the sweet Rainbow Lucy Image from CC Designs and colored her in with various Copic® Markers.  After I cut her out I set her to the side.  I then created my marbled background using my Gansai Tambi Watercolors.  Once this had dried I cut the panel out with a Winnie and Walter die.  Next I stamped my sentiment created from a mix of Winnie and Walter The Big The Bold and The Happy with The Big The Bold and The Extras.  I then layered it all up on my cardbase and finished it with some Pretty Pink Posh Sequins.
