Black and Blue... and White too!

Hello and Happy Friday yay!!!!!!!!!  I'm stopping in with a card I've made based on the Play Date Cafe Color Challenge: blue black, and white... and I also used the PTI: Make It Monday Challenge: Border Sentiments ( loved this simple technique! ):

Glitter Liner
Corner Rounder
