SweetStamps.com Technique Challenge: Microbeads

Welcome to this month's Technique Challenge at SweetStamps.com.  I love these monthly techniques, because most of the time they are techniques I've never tried myself, so talk about a true challenge!  The technique this month is Microbeads, and I had no clue what that was until I surfed a couple of tutorials on how microbeads are used with stamping and the results are stunning!!!  I hope this challenge will have you challenging yourself to try something new if you have never played with microbeads I highly encourage it!  Here is my take on the challenge:

Hello!  I can't believe I almost let the 10 minute Craft Dash slip by without playing along, but notice the key word being almost... I just love this challenge so much that I couldn't let that happen! hehehe!  So here is my take on featuring buttons in less than 10 minutes:

That Smile: Spotlight on the Whimsical Twist Blog

Hugs for you TAWS!

Welcome to post #2!!!  Now I'm going to share another card using the Bot Time Stamp set by the Alley Way Stamps!  This card happened with a big thanks to my cutterbee scissors, because I did a l o t of fussy cutting and I do mean alot, hehehehe!

be ROBOTASTIC!

I am so excited to share two posts with you today, because they are both entries for the new DT Call at The Alley Way Stamps!  I would love love love love love to be on such an amazing team as I know so many others would as well, so I wish everyone nothing but good luck!!!  With that said here is my first little guy... I adore this stamp set, Bot Time, not just because the images are so cute, but this is the set I used for my first ever published peice!!! ( yay!  My card using this stamp set will be in this month's November Paper Crafts Magazine Special Issue to hit stands on the 26th! I'm sure I'll share that card once I'm allowed to, but make sure to check out the entire issue when it becomes available!!!)
