Wednesday, January 15, 2014 Monthly Technique Challenge

It's hump dayyyyyy!!!  Woo hoo!!! And because it is the 15th of the month it is also Technique Challenge time at this month the challenge is Kissing Technique.  I love this technique because it is quick, simple and gives new life to your stamps!  Here is my take on the challenge:

Supplies Used:

In my card I have kissed the dress stamp with a script stamp going vertically. (This can me seen in the darker pinks on the dress)

How to do the Kissing Technique:
It works best when one of the stamps you are using is full stamp (sihouettes work great for this), and then you can use any other type of stamp you wish.  It's helpful if the full stamp is smaller than the other stamp you are going to "kiss" it with, but is not neccessary.  You then ink up both stamps in different ink colors, bring them together (kiss them together), and then stamp the full image stamp onto your paper.
I hope to see you play along with this challenge!  Happy Crafting!

So pretty, Lisa! This was my first choice of stamp for this technique, I just couldn't see how to go with it! Thanks for helping me out, your card is lovely!
