PTI Anniversary Challenge

Popping in tonight to share my building blocks challenge card... When I went through and found my numbers here is what I was given to work with:

Simply Chartreuse, Berry Sorbet, Hibiscus, Soft Stone, Birthday, Heat Embossing, Adhesive Pearls, Twine, and the sketch I was given was #6...

I will admit when I first made the card I forgot my twine... but luckily it was an easy fix!  On the downside it meant I was stuck taking a less then good photo, instead of the original photo (see below).
