Woot woot! And I'm back for one last card! I had so much fun looking at The Ton Stamps Challenge Inspiration Photo, and seeing the different ways it inspired me. This time I used a non Christmas stamp: Purrincess and the From Ours Mini Set...
I started by tracing a circle to create my wreath image. Then I stamped the cute kitty with a bow time and created my wreath with lots of small images. I colored everything in and stamped the sentiment in a black ink. Finally the panel was foam adhered onto a strip of black glitter cardstock.
Here is the beautiful Inspiration Board:
Wishing you and your family a wonderful Holiday weekend and thank you so much for stopping by my blog today!
Happy Crafting/Holidays/NewYear/Everything!!!

STAMPlorations CAS Challenge Reminder
Hello! I hope you are all having beautiful Holiday Season so far! Mine has been great, busy, but great! Today I'm popping in to share a reminder to join us in the STAMPlorations CAS Challenge. This Challenge is all month long, and this month we are adding the twist to use gold! Here's what I've created...
The stamp set I've used for my card is called Holiday Sketches: Christmas Flower, and is now a retired set, but there is a Larger Version of this flower that you can still purchase! For my card I decided to work smarter, not harder. I stamped the flower onto red cardstock and heat embossed it in gold before cutting it out. I then spritzed a background panel with some Gold Mist, and added the sentiment with the same Gold Embossing Powder. I adhered this panel to my cardbase, and added some strips of Gold Foil Cardstock to opposite corners. The flower needed a little something else, so I grabbed my Gold Nuvo Drops and added them to the center.
Thanks so much for stopping by, and I hope to see you link your gold projects up to our challenge! If you want to purchase a few new STAMPloration goodies I'd be thrilled if you would use my coupon code: STAMPGIRLLISA to save 20% off of your total purchase!
Happy Crafting!

STAMPlorations CAS Challenge: Gold
Hi! Today starts a new CAS Challenge on the STAMPlorations Blog, and this month we are tempting you to use the color Gold. I just love gold in my paper crafting! It always seems to rich and elegant to me. Today I've used gold to create a plaid background...
I started my stamping and embossing my tree from the retired Oh, Christmas Tree Stamp Set. Next I stamped the sentiment with black Versafine Ink. I chose this ink because I knew I wanted to watercolor with various Gold Watercolors. I used a flat brush to paint strips horizontally across the front of my card. Once these were dry I used the Plaid Maker ARTploration Stencil and went over the background vertically with Gold Delicata Ink. I then adhered my panel to a strip of green cardstock and finally onto the cardbase. Clear and Gold Sequins added the perfect finishing touch.
The shine in person is amazing! Any who, I can not wait to see what you will make for this challenge! Remember, all products are welcome, and if you see some new STAMPlorations goodies that you need for yourself remember to use the code: STAMPGIRLLISA to save 20% off of your total!

Guest Designing for Gerda Steiner Designs!!!
Yay!!! I'm so excited to be Guest Designing on the Gerda Steiner Designs Blog today! Her stamps are so darn adorable, and I feel so blessed to be able to work with one of the cutest new sets called Reindeer and a Tree.
Hehehe! I just love the little faces on the deer and had a blast stamping, coloring and cutting each one of these guys out. Once that was done I started working on my background panel. I stamped the tree and went to town coloring it all in with various Spectrum Noir Markers. Next I adhered the deer, Santa, and the ornaments to the front of the card before adding snow with my White Gel Pen.
Thanks so much for stopping by! You'll want to check out the Gerda Steiner Designs Store to see more cuties you'll just have to have... can you say adorable, huggable penguins?! eeeekkk!!!

MarkerPOP Challenge
Hello, hello! Have you seen the newest MarkerPOP Challenge? They now run their challenges in a FB group, so make sure you join so you can play along! The latest challenge is such a happy one that I had all kinds of ideas...
Who doesn't love Rainbows? And since I'm in a Holiday Crafty Mood I mixed the two themes to create my card...
To create this card I started by cutting strips of paper from my Sugar Pea Designs Spots and Stripes Brights. Next I stamped the second sentiment along the bottom of my cardbase, and stamped the Alpaca and begging part of the sentiment onto a different piece of cardstock. I went ahead and die cutted a mix of snowflakes from glitter cardstock and adhered everything to the front of my card. I just LOVE it!
I hope this little guy brought you a smile today, and Happy Crafting!

CAS-ual Fridays Release Day 3
Hello! Are you just loving the new CAS-ual Fridays Stamps releases or what?! Today we are sharing the third stamp set that will be released called Joy, and it makes Clean and Simple Cards go together in a snap. I LOVE the large font for the sentiments on here, and these would be great for mass producing Holiday Cards this year...
Isn't it lovely? And the size is perfect for A2 cards! All I did was heat emboss the Noel sentiment in gold, colored in the snowflake with a red Spectrum Noir Blendable Color Pencil, and added a few emboss lines before adhering it to my card base. Talk about easy!
Thanks so much for stopping by now make sure you head over to the CAS-ual Friday Blog for more inspiration, peeks, and giveaways!

New Stamp Company for the MarkerPOP Store
Hi! The MarkerPOP Blog is down today so I'm popping in here and on the Facebook page to share a project featuring a new to MarkerPOP Stamp company called Studio Katia. Studio Katia is a family run company based in Canada, and their stamps and dies range from super cute to pretty to essential! Today I am using the Merry Poinsettia Stamp Set along with it's coordinating dies.
To create my card I stamped my chosen images onto Watercolor Cardstock with Versafine Ink. I then colored the images in with my Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers. I also used a little clean water to help the colors blend, and finished the Poinsettia's off with some Sparkle from my Spectrum Noir Clear Sparkle Pen. (This pen is also water based and it could be used to do the watercoloring if you wish, but I just didn't think about it at the time.) After the images had dried I used the dies to cut them out, and layered them onto some patterned paper. For my sentiment I used the joy word die that was in the set and die cut it three times, stacking the dies for more depth. I also went over the top layer with my Clear Sparkle Pen.
Thank you so much for stopping by today and Happy Crafting!

STAMP-lorations CAS Challenge
Hello! You are going to see me a lot today, but the more the merrier right? hehehe! Any who, I am popping in to share my take on the new STAMPlorations CAS Challenge for the month of December. Remember our CAS challenges are always anything goes with a twist, and this month we are adding the twist of Green and Red. Here is what I've created...
To create this card I used the Gifts in a Row Stamp Set and stamped this onto some Neenah Solar White Cardstick and colored the images in with Copic Markers. I then trimmed around just the top part of the image and popped this up with foam adhesive on my card base. Next I stamped the happy holidays sentiment from the Holiday Sketches: Christmas Flower Stamp Set and added some enamel dots to set the whole card off.
I can't wait to see what you create for this challenge!
Happy Crafting!

Retro Ornament Style with CAS-ual Fridays
Hello! It's me again! And I'm excited to share this super cute and retro Christmas card with you here and on the CAS-ual Fridays Blog...
To create this card I started by diecutting my ornament using foil cardstock, Ornament Tag Fri-die set, and the Funky Flakes Fri-die set. I wanted to create a retro-ornament feel so I die cut the smaller circle slightly to the lower right side of the larger circle and inlaid the two together. I then added my snowflake ontop and finished it off with the ornament topper and hanger. The sentiment is from the Snowy Sayings Stamp Set.
The paper I used is from the DCWV Mercury Glass Stack.
Thanks so much for stopping by and Happy Crafting!

Holiday Greetings: Embossing Fun!
Hello! Today you will find me on the Mint Owl Studio Blog sharing a fun mix of embossing on a lovely Holiday card...
To create this card I started by laying the Christmas Quilt Stencil over Black cardstock and applying versa mark ink. I then lifted the stencil and added some Wow! Embossing Powder in Cha Cha Cha. After this was heat set I adhered it to a panel of gold foil cardstock. Next I stamped and embossed both the bird and sentiment from the Cardinal Greetings Stamp Set with a gold embossing powder. I then adhered these to my card and ta da!
These are not typical colors I think of when creating Christmas cards, but I think it works well and really creates a rich look.
Thanks so much for stopping by and Happy Crafting!
