Runway Inspired

Hi!  Today I'm sharing a card for the Runway Inspired Challenge #62... that dress is to die for!  So I had to play along... I tried several different techniques... with lots of failures hehehe, but don't worry I didn't pitch them I'm hoping to save them and use them for other projects... but I do like the card I'm sharing today! yay!

I really like the shine of this card in person that really make the stars look like they are shinning!
