Altenew: A Year in Review Take #2

Hi!  I'm back! yay!!!  Today I am finishing this week off with one more take on the Altenew A Year in Review Challenge, by playing along with August 2016 Challenge...

I was so happy with the way this turned out ( ok minus the one crooked "you" up there in the sentiments, but after having everything else sitting perfectly on this card I couldn't bare to scrap it!  Besides, I know someone will still love getting this in the mail! ).  To create this card I started by stamping and embossing the Beautiful Day floral images onto vellum.  I then colored on the back sides with various markers and trimmed them out.  I then layered them onto some grey cardstock and added some more floral images around it with a tone on tone look.  I then added the strip of silver washi tape along the top of the panel before stamping my sentiment.  To complete the look I added some clear sequins topped with one clear bead each.

I am entering this into the Simon Says Stamp: Anything Goes Challenge

And like I said, I love this card flaws and all!
Thanks so much for stopping by and Happy New Year!

Oh my goodness Lisa its GORGEOUS! (I know what you mean about the one "flaw". I am the same way but I would just use a matching pink marker and make a hand-drawn line under it and no one would know that you didn't do it on purpose!) Love it and would LOVE to see a video of the process! Great job!
Happy New Year!
