Hello crafty friends! I hope all is finding you well. I'm happy to say I have been able to venture into my craft room again, and this time I created something I haven't done in more than a year... a layout! I have been wanting to create layouts again for quite some time, but I have had such a craft block lately and I wasn't quite sure where to start with making a layout again.
So I turned to several challenges that helped get the ball rolling, and this is what I created...
To create my layout I used a mix of Pinkfresh Studio products (many that come from older collections such as Up in the Clouds: their very first paper collection).
I was inspired by the Pinkfresh Studio Challenge:
As well as the Scrap Our Stash Challenge: "Feelings" The Feeling I chose was Happy! :)
Thanks so much for stopping by, I hope to be back with more crafty projects soon!
Happy Crafting!

Winnie & Walter Featuring Pink Fresh Layout
Hello! Today I'm sharing a layout I've created inspired by Kelly Griglione's layout for the Winnie & Walter Featuring Pink Fresh Challenge Day 2. It was fun to mix my stamps and dies with a layout, I don't know why I don't do it more! Sometimes I get so caught up in the fun of stamping and automatically thinking cards, that I forget they are good for everything! Any who, here's what I've created...
Supplies:
Winnie & Walter: In Bloom: Lola's Bouquet, The Big The Bold and the Extras, Happy die cut
Pink Fresh Studio: Felicity 6 x 6 paper pack and Washi Stickers
Pretty Pink Posh: Sequins
Lawn Fawn Ink
Button
Feather: Fancy Pants Designs
Foam Adhesive

Joy
Me again! Hi! hehehe! I'm popping in with another Christmas card this time using some WPlus9 Christmas Nutcracker Stamp Set. I had bought this set a while ago, but then time flew by, the stamp set got jumbled in a pile with other things and then it was almost Christmas! yikes! But never fear... I did get at least one card made with it, and it was inspired by the latest Throw Back Challenge...
I gained my inspiration from the quilt designs and incorporated it into my background :). I then used various copics for coloring, and I just adore her! Since we took my daughter to the Nutcracker for the first time this year I am saving this special card just for her as I know she will love it.
I am also linking this up to the Sparkle and Shine Challenge (all of the triangles in the background paper and colors), and the Marker Pop: Anything Goes Challenge
Happy Crafting!

Mixed Media with PinkFresh Studios and More!
Hello! Happy Friday!!!! Today I am sharing a fun Mixed Media piece I created here and on the Nani Ke Ola Blog! I was really in the mood to just make something different, and this was exactly what I needed...
To create this project I started by tearing lots of little pieces of paper from the Pink Fresh Up in the Clouds Collection. Then I started adhering them to my canvas with Modge Podge. Once all of the pieces were glued down and dry I covered them with White Gesso with my finger. I then started adding more colors of pinks, white, blues and yellows to the background with Gellatos and rubbing them in, again with my fingers. To blend in with the golds of this collection I used the Prima Empress Gold Spray and left it to dry. In the mean time I picked out some wood veneers by Ellie's Studio and Covered those in matching gellato colors. Next I tore a vellum sheet from the Pretty Little Studio's Christmas Collection and used it to mat my photo. Finally, I added more texture by going over my 7Dots Squares Mask with Translucent Embossing paste. I left all of this dry over night and ta-da!!!
I was also inspired by the Sumer Days Challenge at The Mixed Media Monthly Challenge Blog, as I've used bright summer colors and a photo of my children last summer.
I am also adding this to the Stamplorations July Stencil Challenge.
I just love this fun little piece of art and can't wait to display it in my house. Thanks so much for stopping by to day and Happy Crafting!

All About That Washi...
Hello! Today I am sharing a card on the Nani Ke Ola Blog that shows off the yumminess of Pinkfresh Studio's washi tape ( washi tape can totally be yummy, right?! )...
I really love the way the washi lines up so perfectly when laid side by side, don't you? I then added some embellishments layered together and added the wood strip as my sentiment. Finally the black enamels were added to "ground" my embellishment cluster and tie in with the black on the sentiment.
All supplies can be found here at Nani Ke Ola Scrapbooking
Hope you like it and thank you for stopping by!
I am entering this into the Virginia's View Challenge: Cards with Dimension
and in Clique Kits: April Anything Goes Challenge

Nani Ke Ola Blog Post
Hello! It's my turn again to share something on the Nani Ke Ola Blog, and I have to say I had a ton of fun getting a little messy while making my layout. I have shared a couple of layouts using lots of the Pink Fresh Studios Up in the Clouds collection pieces, but today's layout uses some water coloring a chipboard and the Studio Puffs, take a look...
Supplies Used:
Pink Fresh Studios Foil Die Cuts
Um Wow Studio Banner chipboard
Prima Color Blooms Gold Empress
Prima Water Color Pencils - The Basics
Water Color Brush Pen
I started this layout by laying some gesso onto the background paper. Once that dried I dripped some of the Color Blooms in Gold onto my kraft mat and with water painted it over top. I also chose to flick the brush lightly to slightly cover the page. When I knew what photos I wanted to use I knew that I needed to dress my banner up in fun, but soft colors. To do this I started by covering the front with gesso, and set to dry. I then colored each pennant with various Prima Watercolor Pencils and painting them with water and a brush. I then dipped that same brush in more of the gold Color Bloom Spray and went over the whole banner giving it a beautiful sheen in person. The rest of the layout was brought together by mixing and matching various foil die cuts.
I am entering this into the Simon Say Stamp Monday Challenge: Pastels - my banner is full of pastel colors as are some of the pink embellishments :)
Stop by the Nani Ke Ola Store to grab some of these goodies for yourself, and thanks so much for stopping by today and I hope you are having a wonderful week so far!

Loving Pink Fresh Studios at Nani Ke Ola
*This is my second post for today! Scroll down for a blue buffalo, I'm not kidding!
Hello! Today I am sharing this layout here and on the Nani Ke Ola Blog! Finally I was able to get my hands on some of the new products available at the Nani Ke Ola Scrapbooking Store and I was tickled pink to find the Pink Fresh Studio's newest collection there. I ordered all of it, and double on lots of it hehehe! So with that said let's get on to the first layout I have created with it...
Supplies Used:
Pink Fresh Studios Up in the Clouds Collection
Prima Marketing Color Bloom Spray: Empress Gold
To create this layout I started by spritzing my page with Prima Marketing Embress Gold Color Bloom Spray. These sprays are fabulous! They come in a nice sized bottle and have a nozzle stopper so no accidental sprays can happen. ( This is really wonderful for us Mommies who have wandering hands around, hehehe! ) I love how bright this gold is and how perfectly it matched the Gold foil in the Up in the Clouds Collection. I then added some layering behind the larger of the two photos and embellished with the foil die cuts. You will also find a tiny strip of washi tape in the lower right hand corner which helps keep your eyes moving in a downward diagonal direction.
This layout was also inspired by the Scrap Our Stash Challenge #24 : Stencil - (S) - smile and spray (T) - tape more specifically washi tape (E) - Enamel Dot (N) - numbers in my journaling I say 2nd Birthday Photos (C) - circles hidden behind top photo (I) - Ink (L) - the word LOVE
Thanks so much for stopping by and I hope you will get a chance to check out the new products available in the Nani Ke Ola Store!
